Envar Services provides a variety of services to
assist in development of a potential project.
Depending upon your site, our staff will develop
compliance strategies for wetlands, stream
encroachment, flood plain, and waterfront
development permitting.
- Administrative Compliance
– We offer you vast experience in preparing
the variety of reports required by regulatory
agencies. Our firm can assist you in completing
hazardous waste reports, right-to-know reports,
spill prevention reviews, air pollution
inventories, and pollution prevention
implementation. If needed, our staff has the
capability to implement the training programs
required by these regulations.
- Pollution Control – Envar
Services will help you bring equipment and
operations at a new facility into compliance with
air, water, spill prevention, hazardous
materials, and hazardous waste regulations. Our
approach to total environmental compliance
includes preparation of permit applications,
drawings, and compliance reports. As required, we
can also provide construction and equipment
installation services.

- Facility Upgrades – We are
well known for our ability to implement facility
upgrades in order to comply with new regulations.
This includes spill or discharge prevention
plans, air and water treatment equipment,
pollution prevention, and underground storage
tank upgrades.
- Remedial Investigations and Remedial
Actions – Envar Services is well
versed in preliminary assessment, site
investigation, remedial investigation, and
remedial action requirements needed to delineate
and cleanup contaminated sites. Our field staff
has experience in asbestos abatement, underground
storage tank removals and upgrades, soil sample
collection and analysis, geologic and
hydrogeological investigations, treatability
studies, and preparation of investigative reports.
- Environmental Site Assessments
– Our firm is experienced in completing site
assessments to review and investigate on-site and
off-site areas of environmental concern. These
concerns are reported in accordance with
published guidelines.
